We collect name, email, phone number, business name, UPI ID, and transaction data when you register and use PayNexus. We also collect technical data like IP addresses and browser information for security purposes.
Your data is used to provide and improve our payment services, verify your identity, process transactions, send service notifications, and comply with legal obligations under Indian law including RBI guidelines.
All sensitive data including UPI IDs and API keys are encrypted at rest. API communications use TLS 1.3. We never store full payment credentials. Our systems undergo regular security audits.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with banking partners for payment processing, government authorities as required by law, and service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
We use session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function properly.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@paynexus.in. We will respond within 30 days.
Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations. Account data is retained until deletion request or account closure.
