1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PayNexus services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

PayNexus provides a UPI payment gateway that allows merchants to accept payments via UPI directly into their bank accounts. We act as a technology facilitator, not a payment intermediary.

3. Merchant Obligations

Merchants must provide accurate business information, maintain a valid UPI ID, comply with applicable laws including GST regulations, and not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent transactions.

4. Fees & Billing

The Free plan allows up to 30 transactions per month at no charge. Paid plans are billed in advance. No refunds for unused subscription periods. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Transaction Disputes

PayNexus facilitates payments but is not responsible for disputes between merchants and customers. Merchants are solely responsible for refunds and dispute resolution with their customers.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraud, excessive chargebacks, or activities that violate RBI guidelines or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayNexus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
